If the QB is having trouble seeing open receivers, has he had a recent eye exam?

The question that I really had hoped would be asked unfortunately wasn’t asked. I was hoping someone would ask the coach what happens if Kenny comes out against Ohio and isn’t getting the job done after a few series? Will the Coach make a move to someone else or just continue to watch Pickett melt down?

The coach talks about details and a few dropped balls which is true but what really concerns me is again in this press conference he fails to mention the ability of the quarterback to hit open recievers. That part doesn’t fall under details. That part falls under a quarterback not hitting open recievers like a quarterback at this level should. That should be a legitimate concern at this point even after game one. It concerns me that he seems to downplay a legitimate concern at quarterback.
