PITTSBURGH — The Panthers came up with a big defensive performance to beat the Ohio University Bobcats 20-10 at Heinz Field. While the offense racked up yards, with a career day from Pitt quarterback Kenny Pickett and wide receiver Maurice Ffrench, the Panthers were only able to put 20 points on the board. Speaking after the game were Kenny Pickett, who had a career day through the air, Jalen Twyman, who had three sacks on the day, Jimmy Morrissey, who gave us his opinions on Penn State (not a fan), Maurice Ffrench and Chase Pine.

Good game, outstanding defensive effort but… Two games into the season and no turnovers. Yes, there was a Ohio fumble but recovered by Ohio. French had more fumbles than Ohio, fortunately recovered both.
