Pitt’s class of 2020 center Max Amadasun officially signed his National Letter of Intent with the Panthers on Saturday.

Amadasun, a 6-foot-10 center from Dublin, Ireland that’s playing for Our Savior Luther School in the Bronx borough of New York City, is the second of three Panthers commitments expected to sign during the early signing period.

Amadasun is rated as a consensus three-star recruit, the No. 346 player in the country, the No. 55 center in the country and the No. 8 player in New York, according to 247 Sports composite rankings.

He chose Pitt over offers from Penn State, St. John’s, UMass, Old Dominion, Rhode Island and
Saint Louis.

Amadasun joins New Jersey power forward Noah Collier as signees in the Class of 2020. They’re expected to be joined by Cleveland power forward John Hugley on Sunday.
