The game started out ugly for Pitt but midway through the first half, things started to click and it continued throughout the second half as Pitt overcame some sloppy play down the stretch to pull out an impressive 63-59 win over Kansas State. A nice win for the Panthers as they improve their record to 5-2.

Pretty tough to win a game shooting 1 of 16 from 3 and with an assist to turnover ratio of 2 to 21, but here were are. Kids deserve a ton of credit for finding a way to win. I think they need to start running more sets on offense going forward, because this is a bad formula.
