Twitter Reaction To Pitt’s Embarrassing Loss to Boston College
Two weeks ago, the Pitt football program had repeating as ACC Coastal Division Champions and a possible 10 win season in their sights.
Today, they end the regular season with a two game losing streak after an embarrassing display in Senior Day losing to Boston College.
Pitt finishes another season 7-5 and these last two games will leave a bad taste in a lot of peoples mouths and Pat Narduzzi will be hearing a bunch of criticism.
It’s clear that the Off is and always has been the issue under Duzz. Only seasons where it wasn’t featured all PC recruits. Awful stats on that side of the ball from scoring, to fumbles, to penalties. The hurry up might be the dumbest thing not being talked about, though

Complaining about bad Pitt losses sucks just as much as complaining about the cold in the winter.

Today=more of the same from Pitt. Since finishing in the AP Top 10 in 1982, Pitt has averaged 6 wins a season. That’s almost 4 decades of average football. Narduzzi has lost at least 5 games every year he’s been here. I was it were better, but Pitt is what it is.

Pitt scored one touchdown or zero touchdowns in six of its 12 regular-season games

Wasn’t exactly excitement headed into this season either. Lyke sees what a home run hire can do to reignite the fan base. I’d have to think she’s going to think long and hard about moving on.

Heading into the season, Pitt finishing 7-5 would have been an acceptable, perhaps even commendable result. Given where it was a month ago — hell, even 10 days ago — it's a massive disappointment

I’ve come to accept. It is what it is. No better, no worse

Games like this is why I cancelled my season tickets a few years ago.

They’re off to the Tony the Tiger Sun bowl!!!!!

The entire season was plagued by absolutely horrible, inexcusable turnovers, bad coaching, and lack of fundamentals. If I’m Lyke, I’m giving Narduzzi one more year to figure it out. Perennial 7-8 wins is just not good enough.

Another amazingly average season for Pitt Football.

What an awful, awful loss.

Hail to mediocrity!
— Gavin Williams (@GavWill13) November 30, 2019
Narduzzi should be fired immediately. There's no sense in keeping him. Narduzzi is in year 5, and Pitt is going nowhere. Fire him now.
— Pittsburgh Grump (@GrumpPittsburgh) November 30, 2019
Pitt just got physically manhandled in this game.
— Paul Zeise (@PaulZeise) November 30, 2019
Pitt will finish 7-5 and it’s official: Pat Narduzzi is in the hot seat!
— JJ Kitchen (@JJ_Kitchen40) November 30, 2019

Loss in bowl game = HOT SEAT TIME.
Maybe Wanny is tired on working in studio.
