Duquesne received nine vote points in Monday’s Associated Press college basketball Top 25 poll, 13th amongst others receiving votes.
The nine vote points are a season high for the Dukes, who have started Atlantic 10 play with four straight victories and are 14-2 overall.

The Dukes had the second-most points of any Atlantic-10 team, behind No. 13 Dayton, which had 842 points.
At 4-0, Duquesne is in sole possession of first place in the conference, a half-game ahead of 3-0 Dayton and St. Bonaventure. Saint Louis is 3-1 and Richmond, Rhode Island and VCU are 2-1.
Other ratings are not quite as charitable to the Dukes. KenPom.com has them as the No. 66 team in the country, according to adjusted efficiency. The NCAA’s NET ratings have them at No. 47.
The Dukes will host Fordham on Wednesday at PPG Paints Arena and are off this weekend.
