PITTSBURGH — Freshman Justin Champagnie was the hero as he scored a career-high 30 points in Pitt’s 73-64 victory over Georgia Tech at the Pete on Saturday.
“Obviously, Justin was outstanding,” Pitt head coach Jeff Capel said. “He’s a guy that has a lot of talent and he’s learning how to put it all together. He’s learning what it requires to be a really good player at this level.”
