Postgame Reaction from Pitt’s Loss to Virginia
PITTSBURGH — Pitt came charging back, but it was too little, too late, as the Panthers’ last-chance heave didn’t beat the buzzer and they fell, 59-56 to Virginia.
It left a mixed bag postgame for the Panthers, who were obviously enthused by their late-game charge, but have now dropped four straight in ACC play.
