MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The first NEC tournament game at Peoples Court at the UPMC Events Center will tip-off on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Robert Morris was awarded the No. 1 seed in the tournament after beating St. Francis (PA) in the regular-season finale this past weekend. The Colonials finished the regular season with a 17-14 overall record and a 13-5 NEC finish.
Robert Morris head coach Andy Toole, and players Jon Williams and AJ Bramah each spoke about the match-up against No. 8 St. Francis Brooklyn with reporters, including Nate Bell of Pittsburgh Sports Now, on Tuesday. Wednesday’s game will be the third meeting this season between these two teams, with both sides winning one game apiece.
