The Los Angeles Lakers’ season has been suspended, along with the rest of NBA, but star LeBron James is continuing to get his practice reps in, and he did so on Friday wearing some red and blue Duquesne gear sent to him by Dukes coach Keith Dambrot.
“Let’s work!!,” James captioned the video posted to his Instagram account. “[Shout out] my guy Coach D @DuqMBB.”
Dambrot coached James at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio before the became the No. 1 overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft.
Duquesne wears exclusive LeBron James-branded Nike apparel as part of an apparel contract signed after Dambrot’s hiring.
