Die-Hards: How Does Relationship with Steelers Benefit Pitt?

It’s been said by nearly every recruit that visits Pitt’s South Side practice facility how unique it is that the Panthers spend so much of their time in close proximity to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

But how much does that really matter, and how much interaction is there really between Panthers and Steelers on the South Side?

Of course, the fans don’t get to see that part. They can’t, so don’t try. There are guards. So what is it like behind that fence?
