It was a huge day of news for Pitt wrestling and the Pittsburgh Wrestling Club regional training center on Wednesday.

The Panthers announced that they had hired former Latrobe and Ohio State star Luke Pletcher as a volunteer assistant coach and that Pletcher and former Pitt heavyweight standout Demetrius Thomas will join returning wrestler Nico Megaludis in residence with the Pittsburgh program.
