**Class of 2021 safety Javon Bullard from Milledgeville, Georgia released his top seven on Saturday, with the Panthers making the cut.

Bullards’ top final list includes Georgia, Louisville, NC State, Pitt, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia.

The 6-foot, 183-pound, consensus three-star cornerback also had offers from Auburn, Akron, Boston College, Cincinnati, East Carolina, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Southern Miss, Troy, UCF, Vanderbilt, Virginia and Wake Forest.

**Texas 2021 3-star LB Jordan Eubanks makes a commitment today to Florida State. Pitt was in Eubanks Final 6.
