**Pitt reaches out to 2021 4-star center Bretner Mutombo (6’10, 215) from Elizabeth, New Jersey. 247 Sports rates Mutombo as a Top 120 recruit with offers from Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, Xavier and Pitt.

**Congrats to First Love 2022 guard DJ Jackson as he picked up an offer on Monday from Seton Hall. Jackson also heard from St. John’s, Drexel, Toledo, Oregon State, NJIT, Portland and George Mason.
