**Pitt reaches out to 2021 4-star center Bretner Mutombo (6’10, 215) from Elizabeth, New Jersey. 247 Sports rates Mutombo as a Top 120 recruit with offers from Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, Xavier and Pitt.

2021 big man Bretner Mutombo (Hamilton Heights Christian Academy) has heard from Pittsburgh.

2021 PG Yerald Mieses has heard from New Mexico and Illinois (offer).

**Pitt makes contact with 2022 shooting guard Alonzo Bilups from Varina High School in Richmond, Virginia. To this point, Bilups holds offers from Clemson, Temple, VCU, James Madison, Richmond, Ole Miss, Murray State, Old Dominion and Texas A&M.

UPDATE (7:52 AM)-
**Congrats to First Love 2022 guard DJ Jackson as he picked up an offer on Monday from Seton Hall. Jackson also heard from St. John’s, Drexel, Toledo, Oregon State, NJIT, Portland and George Mason.
