The 2020 college football season is becoming more of a reality as kickoff times are now set for Pitt’s first two games.
The Pitt athletic department announced on Tuesday that the season opener on Sept. 12 against Austin Peay will start at 4 p.m., while the second game and ACC opener against Syracuse on Sept. 19 will kick off at noon.
Both games from Heinz Field will be televised on the ACC Network. Currently, no agreement has been reached between the ACC and Comcast, the largest cable provider in Western Pennsylvania.
As a reminder, no fans are permitted to attend all Pitt home games in September. Pitt’s first home game in October is against NC State on October 3.
12 months later and no ACC network on Comcast – so disappointing!
What if 10 thousand fans sneak in and leave a donation ??
