Keeping Track of 2022 Recruits Contacted By Pitt

Sept. 1 was the day that college coaches were officially allowed to start making contact and recruiting players via text messages, direct messages, e-mails and letters, and the contacts from the Pitt staff are still rolling in.

Pittsburgh Sports Now has been monitoring activity via Twitter and here are some of the players that Pitt has reached out to. We will continue to update this list throughout the day.

Deontae Williams: Athlete from Woodland Hills High School.

Ryan Nolan:3-star offensive guard from Deep Creek High School in Chesapeake, Virginia. Nolan holds offers from Pitt, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Michigan State, Tennessee and West Virginia

CJ Doggette Jr.:  3-star defensive end from Pickerington, Ohio. Doggette holds offers from Pitt, West Virginia, Rutgers, Michigan State, Kentucky, Cincinnati, Toledo and Akron.

Tomiwa Durojaiye:  Defensive end from Middletown High School in Middletown, Delaware.

Nate Kurisky:  3-star tight end from Leesburg, Virginia. Kurisky holds offers from Pitt, Maryland, Vanderbilt, Boston College, Duke, Michigan State, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, East Carolina, Toledo and Miami (FL).

Elijah Davis:  Safety from Auburndale High School in Auburndale, Florida. Davis holds offers from Pitt, Central Florida, Nebraska, Iowa State, Georgia Tech and Florida International.

Paul Pearson: Athlete from Serra Catholic High School.

Teague Anderson: Offensive lineman from Lehi, Utah and is the brother of current Pitt 2021 commit TE Trey Anderson.

Callum Wither:  Quarterback from St. Joseph High School in Buffalo, New York. Wither holds offers from Bowling Green, Buffalo, Central Michigan and Kent State.

Khalique Holland: Athlete from Greenville High School in Greenville, South Carolina. Same hometown as current Pitt quarterback Davis Beville.
