Will Dorien Ford be a hat trick for Pat Narduzzi and Pitt?
Having already landed the WPIAL’s two best defensive lineman in four-star defensive end Nahki Johnson and four-star defensive tackle Elliot Donald, Pitt’s attention now is on Ford.
Thursday, the talented three-star defensive tackle from Baldwin announced that he’ll be announcing his college decision a week from today, Sept. 17.
Ford hasn’t indicated who his finalists are but Pitt, Penn State and West Virginia are likely in his final group. Aside from those 3 schools, Ford also holds offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Arkansas, Arizona, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Texas A&M, Virginia Tech and Syracuse.
Ford (6-foot-4, 290) had hoped to make official visits during the season but those were wiped out because of COVID-19.
Ford is ranked as one of the Top 15 prospects in Pennsylvania and would be another big WPIAL win for Narduzzi and Pitt.
Let’s go…H2P!!!!!!!!!
