Watch: Pitt Head Coach Pat Narduzzi ‘Disappointed’ Despite Win over Syracuse

PITTSBURGH — He’s not mad, but he is disappointed.

Pitt head coach Pat Narduzzi will take the win, as his No. 25 Panthers improved to 2-0 with a 21-10 victory over Syracuse at Heinz Field on Saturday.

But sloppy special teams, an inconsistent offense and a plethora of penalties left Narduzzi wanting more from his Panthers.

“There’s a lot of things I’m disappointed in, but I’m happy I got the W,” Narduzzi said.

Here’s his full postgame press conference:

Kessman left 6pts on the field possibly 12 maybe more because coach totally lost faith. Punting was awful. Special teams are terrible.
RB‘s Suck tired of the Dbl D’s

What the hell good is being disappointed, bench the guy making the screw ups, getting dumb penalties, etc. being too inconsistent in his play, if a guy don’t understand his assignments, why is he on the field???The Q B better more than just average or above average or a possible 9-2 0r 8-3 season will easily become a 6-5 0r 5=6 year. We have seen it too often before. In fact just last year we went south late in the season.

The “COACH” truly has one J O B. Have his team ready to play mentally on game day. FAIL
