Another sign tonight that despite already having commitments from two tight ends Pitt isn’t done.
After communicating with him for the past few weeks, Tim Salem and Pitt extended an offer to 2021 3-star tight end James Carrie from Norris High School in Firth, Nebraska.

Along with Pitt, Carnie (6’5”, 220) also holds offers from Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas State, Nebraska, Boise State and a number of MAC programs.
Pitt has already received commitments from 2021 IMG Academy TE Jake Renda and 2021 Utah tight end Trey Anderson. Keep in mind that Anderson is big and athletic enough to possibly be converted to offensive tackle.
Another thing to consider is that Pitt is also recruiting North Allegheny 3-star athlete Khalil Dinkins, who could eventually be a tight end in college.
