Pitt in the Pros Week 4: Boyd Continues to Shine

Following a number of impressive performances in Week 3 of the NFL season by former Pitt Panthers, it was a relatively quiet Week 4.

The biggest performance of the week was by Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd, who’s turning into rookie quarterback Joe Burrow’s go-to- receiver.

WR Tyler Boyd, Cincinnati: 7 catches for 90 yards. On the season, Boyd has 28 catches (6th most in NFL) for 320 yards and 1 TD.

S Jordan Whitehead, Tampa Bay: 4 tackles, 1 tackle for loss and 1 sack. Whitehead has recorded sacks in back-back weeks.

DT Aaron Donald, LA Rams: 2 tackles and .5 sack.

CB K’Wuan Williams, San Francisco: 2 tackles

WR Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona: 2 catches for 4 yards.

P Andy Lee, Arizona: 5 punts for average of 41.4 yards. Two of those punts were inside the 20 yard line.

RB LeSean McCoy, Tampa Bay: 1 rush for 3 yards, 1 catch for 3 yards

RB Dion Lewis, NY Giants: 1 rush for 10 yards and 2 catches for 8 yards.
