Twitter Reaction To Pitt’s Embarrassing Loss To Notre Dame

The losing streak is now up to four games as Pitt gets embarrassed at home by Notre Dame in what might be the low point of the Pat Narduzzi era.

Not only was the performance and coaching subpar but the Pitt program was ripped three times on National television for their uniforms, for Mark Whipple’s insistence of having his quarterback run to the sidelines after every play as well as Narduzzi playing scared/to lose at the end of the first half.

The reaction from fans after this performance was strong.

I am glad the announcers finally agreed , that the QB running to the sideline every play is stupid. Whipple must go. OL coach, TE coach, and Duzz should go, but won’t. He won’t recruit better talent . He and coaches are in over their heads. Time to go.

All of PITT QBs are the same guy

Tall and not athletic

This offense is really bad

They can’t run with the RB
They can’t run with the QB
They can’t pass downfield
The play calling is atrocious

Heather Lyke has made some great hires since she’s been here. I’m sure if Narduzzi gets the axe Pitt football will hire a a very capable head coach.
