As they prepare for their inaugural season as members of the Horizon League, the Robert Morris men’s basketball team is predicted to finish in the upper half of the conference standings.
The Colonials have been picked to finish fourth in the Horizon League this season. This poll was voted on by Horizon League head coaches, communication professionals and select members of the media.
Wright State was voted on as the preseason favorite, after receiving 37 first-place and 517 points. Youngstown State was picked to finish second, followed by Northern Kentucky and then Robert Morris.

In terms of league individual honors, Robert Morris senior forward AJ Bramah was voted on the Preseason All-Horizon Second Team. Last season, Bramah averaged 13.4 points, a team-high 8.2 rebounds and was a major factor in Robert Morris winning a spot in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
Wright State’s Louden Love was voted Preseason Player of the Year and was joined on the first team by Antoine Davis (Detroit Mercy), Amari Davis (Green Bay), Marcus Burk (IUPUI) and Darius Quisenberry (Youngstown State).
Robert Morris will opens their 2020-21 season by hosting Point Park on November 25th at the UPMC Events Center.
