**First Love Academy 2021 forward Mustapha Amzil ends his recruitment and gives a commitment today to Dayton. Jeff Capel and Pitt had been pursuing him.

**Congrats to Peters Township 2022 forward Journey Thompson for receiving an offer today from Bucknell.

**We have a change in Duquesne’s opening week schedule as Loyola, Chicago won’t be able to take part in games against Duquesne and Cincinnati because COVID-19 has shutdown their basketball program. No word on what Duquesne will do to replace this game.


UPDATE (8:50 AM)-

**Pitt extends an offer to 2022 3-star wide receiver Jayden Gibson from West Orange High School in Winter Garden, Florida. Gibson (6’5″, 180) received the offer from Chris Beatty and also holds offers from Maryland, Wake Forest, Florida Atlantic and Florida International.

Update (8:28 PM)- 

**Despite the heartbreaking loss, it was another impressive game for former Pitt cornerback Dane Jackson.
