Following a change in their schedule, the Duquesne Dukes will get some national television exposure.
The Duquesne at St. Bonaventure game, originally scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 16, has been moved up a day and will now be played on Friday, Jan. 15. This change will allow the Dukes to play on ESPN2 as part of the network’s A-10 Friday Night Showcase. Tipoff from Olean, New York will take place at 7 p.m.

It’s been a while since the Duquesne men’s basketball program has appeared on the ESPN television platform. According to the Duquesne media relations department, the Dukes’ last appearance on ESPN or ESPN2 was Nov. 20, 2016, when they took on No. 2 Kentucky.
Later this season, Duquesne’s game at home against Dayton is scheduled to be broadcast on ESPNU.
Duquesne is currently 2-3 and looking to rebound from a disappointing 61-48 loss to Davidson. The Dukes are scheduled to take on Fordham on Saturday afternoon, with a tipoff of 2 p.m.
