Pitt defensive ends Patrick Jones II and Rashad Weaver were each named first-team All-Americans by the Walter Camp Football Foundation on Thursday night.

At least one of Pitt’s two bookend defensive ends have now been honored by 10 different All-America selectors. The Walter Camp Foundation is the oldest and one of the most prestigious selectors and the first to name both Pitt ends as first-teamers.

Jones was also named a first-team All-American by The Sporting News and was on the second American Football Coaches Association, the Associated Press and CBS Sports teams. Phil Steele selected Jones as a third-teamer.

Weaver is a consensus first-team All-American, Pitt’s first since Aaron Donald in 2013. He was named a first-teamer by the AFCA, AP, Football Writers Association of America, Sporting News, CBS Sports, ESPN, Phil Steele, Pro Football Focus and The Athletic.

Both players have accepted invitations to play in the Senior Bowl later this month, along with safety Damar Hamlin.
