Turner (6-foot-1, 180) is a dual-threat quarterback with offers from Miami, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisville, LSU, Maryland, Coastal Carolina, Texas A&M, Florida International and Toledo.

**Second offer of the day for Charlie Partridge as this one goes to 2022 tight end Mason Taylor from St. Thomas Aquinas in Florida.
