Luke Montgomery is one of the fastest rising sophomore football recruits in the country.
The big defensive end (6-foot-5, 260 pounds) from Findlay High School in Findlay, Ohio received his biggest offer to date yesterday from Notre Dame. Prior to that, Montgomery received offers from Cincinnati, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State, Virginia, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

Another offer was added to that list this morning as Pat Narduzzi and Pitt became the latest program to throw their hat in the ring for this soon-to-be national recruit.
Following receiving this offer, Pittsburgh Sports Now spoke to Montgomery, who told us about his call with Randy Bates and a built-in relationship that already exits with Pittsburgh and one of it’s biggest sports stars.
