Pitt’s men’s basketball game scheduled for Wednesday night at Louisville has been postponed after a positive COVID-19 test in the Cardinals’ program, the ACC announced on Sunday night.
The Panthers had been scheduled to face the Cardinals at KFC Yum! Center at 9 p.m. on Wednesday night. The game was postponed after a positive Louisville test and subsequent contact tracing.
It’s the second postponement in four days for Pitt, which had its Saturday game against Florida State postponed after a positive test in the Seminoles program and replaced with a road trip to Virginia.
It’s unclear in the ACC will schedule another game for Pitt this week. If not, the Panthers’ next game will be Sunday, Feb. 14 at Georgia Tech.
Pitt has games against Florida State and at Duke that still have not been rescheduled.
