Mason is 6-foot-2, 220 outside linebacker from Monsignor Pace High School in Opa Locka, Florida, that has also been offered by LSU, West Virginia, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Louisville, Syracuse, Wake Forest, Coastal Carolina and Liberty.

Mason’s communication with Pitt began a couple of weeks ago with Linebackers coach Ryan Manalac and then this morning, he received the news from Charlie Partridge about his offer from Pitt.
