Die-Hards: Checking In With Pitt 2022 Target Georgia DB Quavian Carter

While evaluating and extending offers to new prospects, the Pitt coaching staff is also in the process of keeping in contact with and developing their relationship with players that already hold Pitt offers.

Since no in-person recruiting is currently committed, the coaching staff is spending a lot of time on the phone and on their computers doing Zoom meetings/conversations.

On of these players is 2022 three-star defensive back Quavian Carter from Lee County High School in Leesburg, Georgia. Carter is a rising prospect having recent offers from Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Michigan State, Penn State, Vanderbilt, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Michigan, Boston College and Virginia Tech.

Pittsburgh Sports Now spoke with Carter over the weekend to get an update on his recruitment and found out that he’s going to handle his recruitment a lot different than many other kids.
