**A real big get for Penn State as they land a commitment from one of the fastest rising prospects in the country, 3-star QB Drew Allar from Ohio. Pitt was his first Power 5 offer last April. In the last couple months, Allar has landed offers from Georgia Tech, Illinois, Louisville, Michigan, Ole Miss, Notre Dame, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Washington.
