Two days after its conference opener against Monmouth, set for Saturday, was postponed, the Robert Morris football team was forced to postpone next week’s game against Charleston Southern due to positive COVID-19 tests within the RMU program as well.
After both postponements, the team’s next game is currently scheduled to take place against Kennesaw State on April 3 in Kennesaw, Georgia. This gives RMU a potential hiatus of 35 days between games, with its last, and only, contest of the season to this point taking place on February 27 against James Madison. Robert Morris dropped that contest 36-16 despite a valiant first half effort.
Neither of the postponed games have had makeup dates announced as of this time.
