Now that the college recruiting dead period appears to be coming to an end on June 1, high school recruits across the country are beginning to schedule official visits to college programs that they have interest in possibly attending.
One of the many athletes to do this is one of the top football recruiting from Western Pennsylvania, Class of 2022 4-star defensive end Tyreese Fearbry from Perry Traditional Academy.
Rivals rates Fearbry as the No. 10 junior in Pennsylvania and one of the Top 20 weakside defensive ends in the country. Despite having relatively little high school experience, Fearbry has earned offers from Pitt, Arizona State, Auburn, Boston College, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Miami FL, Michigan State, Missouri, Penn State, South Carolina, Syracuse and West Virginia.
Pittsburgh Sports Now spoke with Fearbry this morning and talked about a wide range of topics including: official visits that he’s set, the pressures of recruiting, a request Pitt made of him and much more.
