The Robert Morris Colonials are losing a member of their Class of 2020.

Pittsburgh Sports Now has learned that freshman forward Pat Suemnick (Green Bay, Wisconsin) has decided to leave the Colonials and place his name in the NCAA Transfer Portal. Not only was Suemnick (6-foot-8, 230 pounds) the last member of the Colonials Class of 2020 but he becomes the first player to commit to the program as a new member of the Horizon League.

This past season, Suemnick played in 16 games and averaged 8.4 minutes, 2.4 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. Suemnick’s best game this season came on February 13 against Oakland when he scored 7 points in 9 minutes of action.

According to PSN sources, Suemnick is leaving Robert Morris because he is looking for more playing time.

This becomes the fourth defection from the Robert Morris program since the end of the season, along with forward A.J. Bramah, guard Dante Treacy and Cameron Wilbon.

RMU head coach Andy Toole has picked up transfer Justin Winston from Saint Bonaventure, Brandon Stone from LaSalle and Toledo transfer Mattia Acunzo.
