Last Year: Andersen graduated from Lehi (Utah) High School in 2019 before spending the better part of two years on a mission trip.
Stats: Andersen played tight end in high school, primarily in a blocking role. He also caught 28 passes for 487 yards and two touchdowns as a senior.
Camp outlook: He’s currently listed as a tackle, but the Panthers have had him practicing as a tight end as well.
Projected role: At 6-foot-6 and 255 pounds, Andersen needs to bulk up to be a viable college lineman. He’s built like a prototypical tight end, but any chance at playing time depends on the role the coaches find for him.
Accolades, Highlights: 247Sports rated Andersen as the No. 16 prospect in Utah as a senior.
