Florida WR Marcus Peterson Changes Decision Date; Adds Team

A top Pitt wide receiver target has made a change in his recruiting plans.

3-star Florida wideout Marcus Peterson announced Tuesday evening that he will announce his college decision this Sunday at Noon. Previously, Peterson had planned to make a commitment on July 4.

The other piece of news with this change is that their appears to be a name team added to his list of finalists. Peterson told PSN last week that he’d be choosing between Pitt, Cincinnati and Central Florida. However, from his tweet last night, it appears as though Florida State is now in the mix.

While he made official visits to Pitt, Central Florida and Cincinnati, Peterson made an unofficial visit to Florida State. That visit took place on June 6, right after his official to Pitt.
