According to TJ Walker of Big X Sports Radio, Kentucky will host the Colonials on Nov. 12 at Rupp Arena.
The two teams have met three times all-time, including a Kentucky win in 1993, followed by RMU’s shocking upset in the first round of the 2013 NIT tournament, and then most recently a Wildcats victory in the 2013-14 season.
In that infamous upset, Robert Morris was led by Lucky Jones and Russell Johnson, who scored 15 points and 14 points, respectively, en route to the huge win in Moon Township. Andy Toole’s squad will look to make some more magic happen in this year’s contest in Lexington with a revamped roster led by multiple transfers and high school prospects.
