Pitt Football’s John Petrishen Releases ‘Johnny Football’ Personal Merchandise, to Donate All Proceeds

Published

Just days after winning ACC Linebacker of the Week, Pitt football’s John Petrishen announced that he has launched his own personal merchandise line.

Petrishen released “Team JP” shirts and sweatshirts, as well as “Johnny Football” shirts and sweatshirts, and lastly t-shirt jerseys with his number “0” on the back with his last name.

The difference between Petrishen and any player’s deal? He will be donating all of the proceeds, as he announced in a twitter post.

Petrishen has chosen to donate a meal from Knead Community Cafe in New Kensington, PA for every tackle he records for the reminder of the season. To gain the money that he will donate towards the meal, Petrishen is taking all of his proceeds from his merchandise and putting them towards the cause.

A link to Petrishen’s merchandise can be found below.
