Like they did on Monday, the Pitt Panthers had another busy day of extending offers to high school athletes.
A couple days ago, Pitt targeted players in Virginia and on Tuesday, they turned to recruits in Georgia.

Thanks in large part to the job done by ace recruiter Archie Collins and his strong connections, Pitt has gotten commitments from six players over their last 3 recruiting classes (Jaylon Barden, Hunter Sellers, Rashad Battle, Preston Lavant, Khalil Anderson and Ryland Gandy (2022 verbal commitment).
The hope is to continue to draw players from that talent rich state and they started that process yesterday by extending offers to a variety of players.

Josiah Abdullah: 2024 athlete from Woodward Academy in Atlanta, Georgia. Abdullah holds offers from Georgia Tech and Arkansas.
Cornelius Heard: 2024 safety from College Park, Georgia. Heard holds offers from Florida, Tennessee, Central Florida, Louisville, West Virginia, Georgia Tech, Florida State, Boston College, Arkansas, Penn State, Ole Miss, Michigan State and Michigan.
Khary Morrow: 2023 athlete from Creekside High School in Union City, Georgia. This is Morrow’s first D-1 offer.
Zion Taylor: 2023 wide receiver from Parkview High School in Lilburn, Georgia. Taylor holds offers from Utah, Coastal Carolina, Georgia Tech and UNC-Charlotte.
