PSN Poll: Most Wins This Hoops Season–Pitt, Duquesne or Robert Morris?

The 2021-22 college basketball season officially tips off today with two of our local teams in action.

The Pitt Panthers open up against The Citadel tonight at 7 PM, while the Duquesne Dukes get things started against Rider. Both teams are favored to win as the Panthers are -10.5 point favorites, while Keith Dambrot’s squad have been installed as -7.5 point favorites.

The Robert Morris Colonials get things started on Wednesday as they’re in Orlando to take on Central Florida.

All three programs are dealing with heavy roster turnover, so the preseason expectations are particularly high for any of the three programs but that’s why they play the game.
