Alabama QB Bryce Young Wins 2021 Heisman Trophy

NEW YORK — Alabama quarterback Bryce Young won the 2021 Heisman Trophy, the Heisman Trust announced at New York’s Lincoln Center on Saturday.

Young defeated fellow finalists defensive end Aidan Hutchinson of Michigan, quarterback Kenny Pickett of Pitt and quarterback C.J. Stroud of Ohio State.

Young, a sophomore from California, threw for 4,322 yards and 43 touchdowns compared to four interceptions while leading Alabama to a 12-1 record, an SEC Championship Game victory and a berth in the College Football Playoff.

Who could have predicted that besides everyone? I’m not bothering watching that ceremony in the future because nowadays it’s decided in advance.
