On Tuesday night, the WPIAL Board of Directors announced that after one year away from the venue, the Petersen Events Center will once again play host to the WPIAL boys and girls basketball conference championships this season.
The championships are set to take place from March 3 through March 5.
Bishop Canevin (1A), OLSH (2A), Ellwood City (3A), Lincoln Park (4A), New Castle (5A),and Upper St. Clair (6A) will all look to repeat as champions in this year’s tournament.
