Silas Demary Jr., a point guard in the class of 2023, is one of Pitt’s top targets in the class.
Demary is a 6-foot-4 guard who plays for Liberty Heights in North Carolina. He does not yet hold an offer from the Panthers, but the program’s associate head coach Milan Brown has been recruiting him and is trying to get him on campus for a visit soon.
247 Sports ranks Demary Jr. as the No. 105 player in the nation. He currently holds offers from Providence, VCU, Texas A&M, and more.
“Mostly, he’s been talking about trying to come to a game, or he’ll tell me I played pretty well because he watched my live stream,” Demary said of Coach Brown. “Sometimes it will be about trying to get me up there for a game or something, or just some more information about the program.”
Another Capel teaser. Fire him now and replace him with a proven recruiter, one who has recruited 3 5* recruits for 2022, and is a Pitt alumnus, Orlando Antiqua. Last chance on Orlando he will be H.C. at another major college in 2022.
Milan Brown needs to go he’s just not recruiting he is more depressing targeting recurits.Pitt can’t afford Olando remakes to much at Kentucky. A big name with a open checkbook will get him.Plus pitt isn’t interested in apitt alumus.Unless you’re close the football coach arsenal. Keep Capel an downsize the staff.

With his career record of 23-55 as a head coach, you’re nuts if you think major colleges will be beating down Antigua’s door.
