The Pitt football coaching staff continues to be on the prowl looking to add a high school quarterback to their future offer.
Earlier this week, we detailed and listed the 16 junior quarterbacks that Pitt has extended offers too and last night, that number was increased by two.
Thursday night, offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti Jr. and assistant quarterbacks coach Jonathan DiBiaso extended offers to 3-star quarterbacks Zane Flores and Javance Tupou’ata-Johnson.
Tupou’ata-Johnson is a 6’4″, 190-pound dual-threat quarterback from Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California. With the addition of Pitt, Tupou’ata-Johnson also holds offers from Arizona State, BYU, Florida State, Nevada, Oregon and Toledo.
