Pitt Baseball added a home game against rival West Virginia this Wednesday in the first edition of the Backyard Brawl this season.
The game is set to be played at 5 P.M. at Charles L. Cost Field. It is the first of three editions of the Backyard Brawl this season, with the next game coming on Tuesday, April 19 at 6 p.m. at PNC Park and the third game on Tuesday, May 10, at 6:30 p.m. in Morgantown, W.V.
Pitt was scheduled to play away at Penn State today, but due to inclement weather, the game was cancelled.
Last season, the teams split their two-game series, with the hometown getting the victory.
