In late April, a source confirmed to Pittsburgh Sports Now that Pitt will play host to two class-of-2022 prospects, Jorge and Guillermo Diaz-Graham, for official visits to campus from April 21-23, as first reported by On3’s Jamie Shaw.
Pitt offered the Spanish brothers, who play at IMG Academy, back on March 24. Jorge is 6-foot-10 power forward, while Guillermo is a 7-foot center, and both have expanded their skill sets immensely in the past year or so. Earlier this season, the brothers moved from Spain to the United States to play for IMG Academy in a prep year.
Pitt Extends Offers to Diaz-Graham Twins, Jorge and Guillermo
Pitt currently has seven open scholarships to fill for next season. The Panthers’ staff has been looking mostly at the transfer portal for prospects to join the team, but with the Diaz-Graham brothers, they will try to grab some late commitments in the 2022 high school class. Pitt currently has one commitment in the class, with Nelly Cummings committing to the program as a grad transfer from Colgate.
