Jon DiBiaso has been on a roll of late, scouring the country for — and offering a few — Pitt’s quarterback of the future. After offering a 2024 four-star quarterback last week, he offered another Tuesday night.
2024 four-star quarterback Walker White from Little Rock Christian Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas was DiBiaso’s latest offer, adding to an offer sheet that includes Central Arkansas, Louisville, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Syracuse and Tulsa.

White (6-foot-3, 215 pounds) is one of the top-ranked quarterbacks in the class of 2024, leading Little Rock Christian to a 10-3 record with an Arkansas Class-5A state semifinals appearance as a sophomore.
In throwing for 2,010 yards and 23 touchdowns (on 129-of-238 passing attempts) and running 487 yards and five more touchdowns (at just over five yards per attempt), White flashed playmaking ability with his arm and legs.
White has already made visits to TCU, Florida State and Mississippi State during his early recruiting process, and the Pitt staff will surely attempt to bring him to Pittsburgh for a camp or unofficial.
247Sports rates White as the 133rd-ranked recruit in the cycle (11th-ranked quarterback and the top-ranked recruit from Arkansas) while Rivals rates him as the 147th-ranked recruit in the cycle (10th-ranked pro-style quarterback).
Pitt has now offered eight sophomore quarterbacks: Merklinger, four-star Elijah Brown (Santa Ana, California), four-star Michael van Buren (Baltimore, Maryland), four-star Cedrick Bailey Jr. (Hollywood, Florida), Judd Anderson (Gray, Georgia), Cody Pagach (Thompson Station, Tennessee), Jack Stupin (Tustin, California) and four-star Isaiah Marshall (Southfield, Michigan).
With Kedon Slovis and Nick Patti still battling for the starting spot, Joey Yellen and Nate Yarnell are the other scholarship quarterbacks on the roster.
