Pitt Extends Offer to Big 2025 Georgia QB Antwann Hill Jr.

It’s not common for middle schoolers to pick up offers from Division I programs, but it is uncommon when SEC powerhouse Georgia comes knocking.

2025 quarterback Antwann Hill Jr. from Houston County High School in Warner Robins, Georgia was only in seventh grade when he picked up his Georgia offer, and he’s only stacked his offers since then.

With offers from Arkansas, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Texas A&M and Western Kentucky coming during and after his freshman season at Houston Day, he picked up his latest offer from Pitt.

In playing as a freshman, with an offensive line that didn’t allow Hill a ton of time in the pocket, his size and ability to make nearly every throw on the field stood out. With modest stats, 885 yards and eight touchdowns through the air on 74-of-154 passing attempts, he still has three seasons of high school football left.

While Hill isn’t rated by either 247Sports or Rivals yet, no 2025 recruits are, he will likely emerge as one of the highest-rated quarterback recruits in the country.

Along with an already lengthy offer sheet, Hill has been out to the West Coast to visit UCLA and USC, and he’s made stops to Florida State, Alabama and Georgia — along with impressing at camps so far this year.

While Hill is still years away from even having to consider making his college decision, it’s clear that Pitt is already ahead to future franchise quarterbacks. With a bunch of 2024 quarterbacks picking up offers lately, Hill is one of the first from the class of 2025 on the radar.
