**Pitt extended an offer to 2025 quarterback Jershaun Newton from Clearwater Central Catholic in Clearwater, Florida today. Newton (6-foot, 205 pounds) also holds offers from Illinois, West Virginia, Indiana, Toledo and USF.

Update (8:00 PM)- 

**2023 four-star linebacker Grayson Howard from Andrew Jackson in Jacksonville, Florida picked up an offer from Pitt today. Howard (6-foot-3, 223 pounds) also holds offers from 33 teams, including South Carolina, Clemson, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida State and nearly every major Power Five program.

**Pitt extended an offer to top 2024 four-star edge Booker Pickett Jr. from Wharton in Tampa, Florida. Pickett (6-foot-3, 200 pounds) is one of the Top 100 recruits in the class, holding offers from Appalachian State, Boston College, Florida Atlantic, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Rutgers, South Carolina, Temple, Tennessee, UCF, USC and USF.

**Today, Pitt extends an offer to 2023 3-star linebacker/wide receiver Kaveion Keys from Varina High School in Richmond, Virginia. Keys (6’3″, 205) holds offers from Boston College, Duke, East Carolina, Indiana, Maryland, Marshall, North Carolina, Penn State, Rutgers, Virginia, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Wake Forest. Kyes received the Pitt offer from Ryan Manalac.

Mike I agree and disagree on that ,I do agree that in part it is a nil issue but if pitt did match that offer as reported then it does become a jordan Addison also
