The Pitt Panthers will be hosting a 5-star recruit next month when the official visit season begins.
Wide receiver Hykeem Williams was elevated to a 5-star recruit by 247Sports. The native of Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is ranked as the No. 3 wide receiver and the No. 26 overall player in the Class of 2023.

Williams has announced that he will make an official visit to Pitt during the weekend of June 24-26. The 6-foot-3 wideout made his first trip to Pittsburgh back in March on an unofficial visit.
When looking at Pitt’s targets for the Class of 2023, it would be hard to name a player that rated higher or is more coveted by the Panthers staff than Williams. Credit both Tiquan Underwood and Charlie Partridge for the recruitment of Williams and the work they’ve done on getting Williams to use one of his first official visits on Pitt.
In case you were wondering, the last time Pitt received a commitment from a 5-star recruit was wide receiver Jonathan Baldwin back in 2008 and offensive lineman Dorian Johnson in 2013.
